Such a happy go wholesome anime! Every episode is so full of joyous moments, so full of little giggles and random things just happening. Still it somehow manages to tell the tale of many colorful people of CITY. I finished each episode with a huge smile on my face. I don't know what was expected of this show, I don't care whether it lacks a deep story, I don't think we should try to make whole bunch of sense of every little thing this anime does. At the end of the day its an anime that I will randomly rewatch and be filled withjoy, just like Wako Izumi!
