Review of Devilman: Crybaby

If you enjoy goth and metal things then you are most likely going to love it. The art is a bit weird and honestly what put me off the series, it gave me the impression the show would be a lot to get into. But the art really fits the series and I like it a lot. Btw the show isn't that much to get into. It doesn't take any effort to understand or anything. The show more so gives you a relatively simple message that you can do what you want with yourself. In the end, it's your decision what you take from it. They don'treally give you any special moral or anything.

Although I said the story is simple. It still leads me to write my first ever "review".
I personally enjoy metal a lot. I'm not a goth but can see the appeal, both as an outside person looking in, and as hypothetically being one. That the message I got from the show was like this might be because of me, and you might think nothing I'm saying is in any way relevant.
I recommend the show, It's fun.

Edit: The atmosphere isn't that of a show giving an important message. Instead, it feels like it is simply a story.

They don't contemplate or give you any big life concepts or anything like it. I feel like contemplating and answering is left to you.
What I mean to say is that they don't give you a clear moral of the story.

Btw the message I personally got reminded me of Nier: Automata and Jmetal.
