Review of Black Clover

I've tried a countless time to watch that anime and I managed to progress a lot in it without finishing it. A lot of people argue that BC is different, better and so on. Honestly I still dont understand in what. The first 20 episodes are unbearable because Asta used to scream everytime like an idiot. Luckily, the community was listened to and he became less annoying. Past that milestone, the anime becomes better. But if it were that simple, I wouldnt be there ranking it badly. Let's just state the obvious for starter. The MC is terrible. It is said, I hate Asta. He'snoisy, one of the worst idiot i've ever seen. In a lot of famous shounens, there is a competition to make the most pitiful MC ever made. Naruto the delusional who keeps tracking sasuke like a weird ex for instance. But overall the manga finds a way to make us enjoy the story and the MC can have some good moments. Let's take Songoku. He's an idiot but he's strong, tough looking and really badass when he fights.
Here, Asta is just unbearable. He's not badass, he's terribly designed, he's stupid. There's just nothing in him. It's the paroxysm of the MC in a shounen. It's a brat, he's not even funny, he serves justice and he's stupid.
Yuno, his brother is the sasuke is the anime. Yes you know that dark sasuke in all shounens. He's tall, beautiful and all girls love him, powerful and smart. Basically I hate him. He's an empty shell made for the purpose of having a kind rival for Asta. When Asta is with him, Asta seems to be sh*t.
For me, Yuno is the succesful big brother lying to his young brother by praising him out of pity. And honestly without the traditional cliche of the MC who's the chosen one with a special power given by idk what kind of hero or what kind of god, he would be sh*t next to Yuno.
Then Noelle is a princess, a tsundere, she loves Asta but never admit it. Nothing else to say. That line explains it all.

The story seems to be more interesting that the characters in this anime. I admit it, i've been surprised by it and it's original for a shounen. The author knows where he's going.

Overall the main issue lies in the characters that are all terrible. It's just another story about an idiot loser who is given a godly power for some reason. Unfortunately, this loser keeps acting like a loser and he doesnt become a winner because nobody can give him a brain unlike his powers.
