This episode is a light-hearted filler for the rest of the series. It is a temporary charming and fun change from the usual tone in the series, that is much needed. Indeed, you should (if you could) watch ONLY just after episode 13 : Before it will spoil you, and after it will be too outdated for the scenario. There is little character development but it's nice and laid-back and can perfectly fit in the rest of the series (but only at this particular point !) The art is identical to the rest and the story doesn't break the bigger scenario. There are references to therest of the show, and is similar to the christmas episode.
