Review of Devilman: Crybaby

If only this had a good animation studio behind it and bigger budget it would have truly been amazing. while the story has sudden turns with no real explanation and random shit happening everywhere that does not get wrapped up it is still enjoyable and a great start to Netflix new mission to fund so many new projects to ramp up there service. While there is some interesting characters and not much development over the ONA it has real problems pacing the story and getting the main characters personalities across and the plot is very jumpy as in it will start a story then take afull 180 turn into the next subplot/story with no real reason or intention the suddenly leave off the cliff hanger and act as it never happened and then jump back to it at the end

The art style is not so horrible after a few episodes but is really a letdown. with the bigger budget and animation studio behind this, I feel is what took this from an 8/10 show down to 6/10 show.
