Review of Migi & Dali
[JP, subtitles are average; Micchan escaped localization for once] The mangaka did what she wanted and so does the anime. That is all I will say about the story. For an anime by Geek Toys this was unexpectedly well scripted. There is no scene padding or packing. Unfortunately because it is Geek Toys there is some censory going with what you do get to see but unlike usual they did do their best to skirt no-fun-allowed rules of which I can't say without spoiling something. If you have watched enough anime to compare then & now you will know when you see it. Putting together a script that standson its own as a finished quality makes Geek Toys' and CompTown's futures promising ones, one would think. But one year later they, Geek Toys and CompTown, made Salaryman ga Isekai ni Ittara Shitennou ni Natta Hanashi, which was both heavily censored poorly scripted, and fails as being its own. Maybe the Migi to Dali manga was just that good?
