If you are looking for a chill, easy to follow and almost wanting to be there to smack someone for doing it wrong? Yeah this is the anime for you. I don't seen what people are comparing to Oregairu. Sure it's not as polished but its very much enjoyable. If you want an anime to replace that one, this ain't it chief. If you want an anime you can laugh at the character, go right ahead. There are things i do not agree with, especially age wise, but that's just me. Over all its a great anime to watch if you are stuck on figuring outwhat you want to watch and have grown bored of mainstream stuff.
