Review of Lazarus

Pros: -The choreographed fight scenes are a fun watch, very fluid. -The characters were likeable albeit underdeveloped. -Always nice to see an original anime with an interesting premise. Cons: -The pick up and pacing of the show was slower than I had anticipated. With only 13 episodes, I had imagined a faster pacing. Everything picked up only around the 7th-8th episode. -There were simply too many subplots and backstories that the show ambitioned to cover in the short span of 13 episodes. As a result, everything felt underdeveloped, including the main theme. It's a middle of the road anime. Not terrible but not fantastic either.
