Review of Fire Force Season 2

Enen no Shouboutai: Ni no Shou presents a decent continuation of the first season, although it falls short of reaching the same level of polish. The returning characters continue to be developed, delving deeper into their backstories and motivations. There are several new characters introduced that are interesting, but they are not fully explored. The animation and art style closely resemble those of the first season, albeit lacking the same level of refinement. Pacing issues arise, and the writing fails to maintain the same level of tightness as before. Particularly, the beginning of the season is slow-paced and inconsequential. While there are some unexpected surprisesin Enen no Shouboutai: Ni no Shou, it ultimately delivers a similar experience to its predecessor.
