Fushi no Kami: Rebuilding Civilization Starts with a Village · review
So far I'm really enjoying this series. I just caught up with Ascendance of a Bookworm and was in desperate need of another light novel with a similar vibe to it. Fushi no Kami definitely has the vibe so far, and I like that the main character isn't over powered, just smart enough to out wit his enemies. He's weak compared to the fantasy monsters in the world, and there is no magic to be found so far either. The only issue I take with the series is the world building isn't on par with Ascendance of a bookworm, mostly because it doesfollow that element of traveling every volume or so. It's not horribly bad like some Isekai's, but its still lackluster for me. However it's still a great series all the same, and people should give it a read. Let's hope it gets a good anime adaption in the future too (preferably the people who made Mushoku Tensei : Jobless Reincarnation).
