MyAnimeList forgot to tag this anime as a comedy, and I think that's why it's rated so lowly. It's a comedy. Very clearly a comedy. And I think that, because the writing is kind of wonky, some watchers think that it's being serious and rate it an absolutely devastating score. Which is sad, because this anime is full of shits and giggles. On top of the jokes and shit, the storyline is actually kind of interesting in a what-the-fuck kind of way. Characters are likeable and easily distinguished from one another, but probably because it's mostly live-action. All-in-all, you should try it out, and look at it assomething you can watch when you wanna chill.
