If you like mechs and child army plots, maybe you will be able to look past the awful pandering premise to get something meaningful out of the story and its art. Personally, I would have to say this one isn't worth a look. There are far better series out there that deliver on that premise much better. This one is barely glorified porn. The lore of the world has the potential to be interesting, but it's ultimately insignificant in the long run. The characters are one-note, the exposition carries no weight and feels more like a bad joke, and each chapter is a poorly set upexcuse to draw/write children in sexual situations. There is no coherent plot here - things happen so children can get naked and be sexually harassed/assaulted.

This entire manga is someone's weird fantasy, so I can't imagine anyone who doesn't want to sleep with fish people or children would be interested in this. There's really nothing redeeming about it.
