Broken Boxer turns promoter. From the creator of Usogui, stumbled on it by accident since it doesn't look like many people are talking about it yet. Only 14 chapters out so far but I like the direction. Art is good, character designs as well. The story is fun. Not your traditional boxing manga as you don't really go into the techniques. Not super serious, a somewhat comedic tone. The protagonist for me seems hard to nail down for now. He seems to not want to lead others on the same path as his coach did, but I wonder if that's his only goal. He wants tobe an ethical puppet master? Is that possible, can you control everything while also looking after your boxer's best interest? Thats the one point of contention that I hope is made clearer in the future.
