This series follows 17 year old Mimimka Noma's somewhat wholesome romance. The author referred to this series as an ane-loli, meaning a romance between an older girl and younger girl. The younger girl in question is 10 years old. Overall it was a fun read. The major turning point scene could've been done better but it's forgivable. There's not much story and not much of a message, motif, or narrative going on. Further, you can tell the artist is trying VERY hard to make Kaede attractive. Lots of other reviewers believe that Mimika has trouble controlling her desires but that doesn't really seem to bethe case. She appears to just be very bashful. Almost in a "This elementary schooler can't be this cute" way. She doesn't display any deviant desires besides a single time she considered kissing Kaede in her sleep. Rather, she's extremely steadfast about not crossing any lines with Kaede. Is she a pedophile? 100%.
If you can look past the strange relationship they have, it's actually a really fun read. I think that the drama took up way too much time that could've been spent developing their relationship but I can't say it was bad 8/10
