This manga was mildly enjoyable. As to the content, it's about....tiddies...and lots of it. And schoolgirls having fun while being put in ridiculous situations. To be honest, I like most of the normal moments where nothing's really happening, which I don't know why, because everyone knows that people read this manga for a reason. The MC is a cool, but socially-confused rich girl who has a harder time adapting to normal school life than almost any characters I've ever seen from the rich girl archetype. Has her family been richer, I'm pretty sure this would be an R18. One thing I hate about the manga is thatit's too over-the-top with the lewdness, which should have been downplayed to give readers a more enjoyable experience (although I do believe some people like it this way).
It's really hit or miss, depending on what you like and what you don't like, so don't just blindly search for it just because the manga has a cute girl on the cover (and that's the main character).
