When I read romance I prefer more of a build-up everything in this felt like it happened so quickly. This story offered nothing new to romance and I didn't really get into it expecting a whirlwind story. but when a story is so basic I expect it to be done well. The characters are very one-note; I've seen side characters with stories that fall into these same clichés with more interesting than the main characters. There were unnecessary plot points because nothing in this story is fleshed out. I like cheesy romance but I couldn't even categorize it under that; this was just boring. Theart style is fine, but definitely not worth reading for.
