Though I found myself completely taken by the story and art for the entire first season of this manhwa, my excitement started to taper off rapidly in the second. The art remained consistent but the plot just started doing too much in my opinion. A lot of questions integral to the plot that were introduced in season one were wrapped up abruptly without really giving any answers and the same could be said for new questions/plot lines that were introduced at the very end of season two. Characters with supposed complex motivations were never explained and our boss babe, who was constantly almost in mortaldanger, never truly encountered struggle to overcome these plot devices (which just felt odd).

Honestly, I feel like the author had thoughts of more than two seasons but either decided or was forced to end it prematurely. And instead of just leaving these loose ends out of the chapters, they just threw it in for the hell of it. Not a bad read overall but definitely not a satisfying conclusion for how much time was put in.
