Review of Frieren: Beyond Journey's End

Maybe, what made people think this anime is good is just how unique of an Anime this is. There is no "too fast" pacing. There is no exaggerated plot. Just a refresh and pretty "chill" anime. Even though sometimes it's just too generic and "boring", how the anime represents those things is the one that makes it special. If I had to say if this anime is recommended or not, it is recommended for anyone. Another plus point is how the art style is presented in the anime. Even though I could agree that this anime art style is considered outdated and way too "old".Again, this anime represented it very well, to the point sometimes we are just in awe of the graphics, and sometimes we feel there's nothing special in that. Again, maybe that is indeed what makes the anime unique than most of the anime from the same year. But uniqueness isn't enough to make an anime good. Of course, but this anime never disappoints to perform that.

"Consistency" maybe if there's a word that could explain the whole anime, that is the most fitting one. I like how consistent of anime, this anime is. The pacing was always "slow". However, we never really think it actually slow.

If I say everyone will like this anime, I wouldn't say no, nor I would say yes. From my perspective, everyone who likes this anime is someone who has watched hundreds of thousands of anime with a generic plot, inconsistent pacing, and exaggerated characters. And this anime is just enough to make them realize again how good is "Anime"
