Review of Welcome to the Outcast's Restaurant!

Story- 4/10 It's so damn boring. Like it's really predictable. The got kicked out of the hero party storyline is so overused, and everything about this show is boring. Originally it was a lil interesting but as time passed it got more and more boring, and I really didn't wanna focus on it because u can predict what happens. Now it does okie with the fantasy but I wish there was more creative elements to the world. It felt very bare and basic. Like add moore magic or things. The gourmet theme is also not done well, I feel like they went after the most basicdishes you could do, it looked good but that's it. If the main focus is food, I would expect a cooking segment like recipes or how it tastes like. Which makes this show feel lazy and confusing on what it's trying to show and be?

The show just comes of as lazy writing, it's basic, there isn't much depth to the story, there's nothing that's unique or anything that keeps u interested.

Art- 8/10
The art was pretty good, I think it's one of the more saving points of the show. Color palette is perfect for fantasy theme. And the art style is really cute. And the characters are drawn really well.

Sound- 7/10
Voice actors mostly fitted, I do believe some characters needed different voice actors. The opening and closing were okie, nothing too great.

Characters- 6/10
None of the characters dealt with their issues on their own. It felt like mc was all big savior. I wish characters had faced their issues on their own, since it didn't really show that much of a growth in them. Also some of the characters backstories are really lazy, u don't really get the point of hearing about it. I didn't really have an attachment to the characters. They are honestly boring.

Enjoyment- 5/10
I didn't enjoy this that much, like I did a lil at the start but with time I just got bored with it. I would find myself doing smth else when I was supposed to be watching because it was that boring. There isn't really a take away from the show either.
