Probably the best adaptation of the classic 'Alice In Wonderland' in anime. They stick rather close to the book, but they stay in character at the same time. In the English dub, they sneak in a few quotes from the book, even if they tweaked the correct quote. What also works is that they tell the story in a random order. For example, in the first half of the story, they start on chapter 1, then onto chapter 2, then on chapters 9 and 10, then chapter 6, and end on chapter 4. Even though I haven't seen most of Black Butler, this classic adaptationgives me an idea.
