Its hard to tell where the story goes given that its only about 1/3 translated but what we do get is a short story about the brutal realities of birth and early childcare. The mother struggles to come to terms with the difficulty of being a mother and her own feelings of inadequacy while the little sister sees the struggles her sister goes through and wants to help her but doesn't know how. There seems to be mysterious origins for the baby perhaps relating to the title but for now all we can get out of this is a sense of empathy and discomfort aboutthe struggles of parenthood.
