The drawing is not as bad as it was portrayed by the fans, and the drama is light and beautiful, with an important factor, coincidence, which Oda frequently employs. I believe that one of his distinguishing features as a writer is that he is the only one who excels at (deliberately exaggerating coincidences) as a factor in which it appears that man frequently advances in life through coincidences. It may not make sense to some, but it is a part we face directly in our lives. Also the characters are those that stimulate the chance factor, simple-minded characters that are comedic at the same time. Overall, Irecommend it to both fans of One Piece and those who don’t.
