Review of Don't Toy with Me, Miss Nagatoro

Don't Toy With me, Nagatoro is a pretty fun romantic comedy anime. it has a lot of the familiar tropes that slice of life / romantic comedy anime have by now, this isn't breaking new ground. You stay for the characters, who are really fun to follow. At first they can come off as one note but the more the series goes on you can see more depth as senpai and nagatoro grow closer as friends and maybe into something more but they neither want to admit it, it's really cute to see I'm a sucker for that kind of stuff. It also has thatproblem that a lot of slice of life anime has where it doesn't have a plot for the whole series but suddenly feels the need to have one at the very end for dramatic purpose, does the whole thing where it makes you think she hates him cause of misunderstandings (which happens like 5 times just chill.) Ragging on it a bit but this is a very cute anime to watch that made me laugh quite a bit. Maybe cause I was a shy kid in high school so I relate to a lot of his problems. Overall it's a fun binge. I kept up with it for the first half and then waited and binged the 2nd half and I enjoyed the binge. If you need to smile or laugh, this can help.
