Review of Kakushigoto
I think Kakushigoto might be an anime that's easily slept on, even considering the lack of anime that has been produced during 2020. Bursting with colour and beautiful music I think Kakushigoto has a wonderful feeling to it like no other. I don't know whether its the relatable characters or the interesting plot but something about this anime makes me just feel good. If you're looking for a feel-good anime that has lots of colour, music, jokes, and especially heart, then I would recommend this to you. The story is the only thing that is just below the level of quality of everything else, but Ithink it serves as a correct format to show and develop the connection between Hime and her father Kakushi the fabled manga artist. Giving a preview into Hime's present life at the start of each episode certainly kept me interested in where the series would end and how the main conflict would be resolved.
Overall I give Kakushigoto a 9/10 and would highly recommend you watch it, if not just to feel good.
