Review of Kakushigoto

This anime is the feels train coming at you at full speed complete with the foreshadowing cloud... so foreshadowy that its shadows have shadows. I feel like people have slept on this gem this season with so many good titles taking the main focus. The anime is about a Dad raising his daughter alone because in anime style the Mum died for more feels. Plot sounds familiar right ? Now lets add in some great comedy... Starbucks slamming and a twist. Dad is a manga artist whose work Tights in the wind... is lewd dirty and full of non pg jokes. The anime follows his lifehiding his work from his 10 year and all the fun and many misunderstandings which follow. Also a fun look into the life of a manga artist. With the heartwarming single parent life.

The animes opener and close are great story telling devices also. You will know what I mean early in. They and some clever split timeline storytelling set up the feels train plot which will smack you into Isekai land by the end of the anime.

Art style is cute and very pretty. The story is a nice easy one to follow its pacing is nice. And the characters are lovingly thought out. Everyone of them has their own personality.

I recommend checking this one out before the next season drops. :) You can probably binge it in a day haha. Just if you cry easy bring some tissues.
