Well, at first I was kind of confused about the point of view. I didn't know what to expect from the manga. I actually thought the bird would fall in love with the girl. And that was quite. . . .disturbing. So when I realized that he was just telling the love story of the girl, I was relieved and at the same time very amused. Kayana's love story was rather cute. Even though she was the complete opposite of Aise and people think they don't suit each other, they fell in love! The story plot was rather cliche but told from Sendrick's/Chunta's point ofview, it became original. It was nice that Kayana was able to change Sendrick's view of humans and I loved the treasure he gave her.
It was a very short but touching story of friendship and love. If you're interested in something a little different from the norm, this is a one-shot worth reading! :D
