Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind Simply a hidden MASTERPIECE!!! I recommend this movie to all of you fans out there! You wont regret watching this one! GENERAL IDEA Imagine planet Earth ruined by the humans and what would be the remains since a millenium has already passed? How would this life be?People survived even though almost everything is polluted after the destruction of the industrial technology.
Humans never truly learned by their mistakes, they still are killing each other for dominance and consider the remains of nature a danger.
There is only one girl who appreciates the planet and nature. Respects people, animals and seeks harmony. This is where her adventure begins.

ART
The anime is created during the 80s, when the artists actually drew by hands. The details are incredible and very well drawn.
It's beautiful and fantastic! The whole enviroment looks so unique, you will get to see special species of animals and plants.

SOUND
The art along with the special sound effects take you to another world and you will get a feeling you are actually inside it.
Mr Shiba, Shigeharu and his team have done excellent job creating beautiful soundtracks and sound effects that are pairing beautifully with the art and story of this anime. You will love the background music and I'm sure you will find it charming! Each scene has its special music perfectly suitable for each situation the characters are experiencing!

OVERALL
This anime will take you to places you might never imagined. Everything is essential for survival of both humanity and nature.
I do not want to spoil you but the end is really touching and you will feel a warmth after watching it!
