Oof...What to say about Rizelmine? Somehow it's a rather stereotypical story for the early 2000's... A cute little girl is deeply in love with another guy but he's not interested and rather annoyed by her extreme attachement. Comedy ensues! Or that's..what it was supposed to be...and yet Rizelmine just comes off as a little...off. The art is your typical moe-blob manga. Yukiru Sugisaki's art is great but especially during more hectic scenes difficult to understand what is going on. Since the main focus here is comedy the characters are rather flat while also being over the top. The forced marriage between two minors just leaves a strange tasteand Rizel is more annoying than endearing.
Thank goodness there is only one volume.
