This is a soft and comfortable slice-of-life surrounding an art prep school. I really liked the main character, she was very sweet and adorable as she bumbles through her first taste of independence, crushes, and complicated family dynamics. I found it all very relatable--as an aspiring artist in her 20s myself! Some aspects of the family also unfortunately relate to my own life, and I found the different reactions of each sibling quite nuanced and interesting to dissect. It was comforting, too, that all these reactions were treated with respect. I would like to note that the description isn't fully accurate--the part about the Dad and divorcepapers is not the main focus of the story, infact it only features very sparingly, and the story is far more about the main girls life in general!
The art is so soft and gentle, matching the story perfectly!

Overall, its a short and enjoyable SOL I highly recommend to any fan of the genre~
