Review of Hyouka

Ahhh Hyouka Hyouka is just different, like all anime. For Hyouka, you have 2 sides of a coin. A diehard fanbase and people who despise it with their lives. I liked Hyouka. For the simple reason being it is just pure fun. People are joking around, and it is quite light-hearted until we get to the end. Then it gets complicated. The Hyouka ending was good, but only assumed there would be a second season, of which there is not. Which is unfortunate. The Music: Did not like either OP's, so no-go for me but it is subjective. The Animation: Really good for its age. The Story: Thestory is a different topic. On the one hand, it is a good story, but on the other hand, there is no progress whatsoever. It is just 2 arcs and they are resolved. Oroki changes by the end, but no one else does. I guess I cannot blame the animation since they have to be loyal to the manga but still, there is no journey or story here. It is super complicated.

Final Score: 8/10 enjoyed it
