It was a pleasure to read this series as a whole. The books look fantastic and the story is great, because of how much details the author, Maruyama Kugane, provides. With the help from the illustrations from So-Bin, Overlord sets itself out even more. The descript way the author tells the story had the power to draw my consciousness deep into the world of Overlord, as if we were experiencing the view of all the characters firsthand. Even as stoic as I am, I found myself expressing emotions when reading this. Needless to say, I am sure that a portion of my happiness commensurate withthe readings of these light novels.
