This was a relaxin anime. It's another one with only three minute episodes. The plot is hilarious but it doesn't deeply effect the events of a show too much. With the declining birthrate in Japan there are now more cats than humans, and so Japan is a nation of cats. The rest of the series is basically just Iyashikei where characters and cats interact with each other and do very mundane things, but like I said it's quite relaxing. It's not amazing, and I probably won't remember it for long, but I'm glad I watched it. One thing, itseems like cats and humans can verbally communicate with each other in this world, which the series just kind of glosses over. Or at the very least this one cat can verbally interact with the main female character.
