Finder-goshi no Ano Ko · review
An almost sickeningly sweet, average story. Story: This is a story of self discovery primarily and also there is relationship intrigue, I guess. See below. The pacing is slow and measured in a nice way with a good enough premise about a girl who wants to make movies. It's all rather typical yuri without much to make it stand out, but it isn't bad. Chemistry: The weakest point of this manga. Everyone is so pure with few vices or flaws which leads to a lack of inter-character conflict. Thus most of the conflict is internal which is fine, but it's a little bland. There is a bitof a love V going on, which I suppose kept me turning pages. Anyways, I didn't get why the main couple liked each other.
Art: Average, but well executed character designs are paired with just enough background art and okay panelling.
It's all very inoffensive. If you want a sweet story about finding yourself with a bit of heartache, I'd so go for it. Otherwise, there's probably something else you could read.
