I can't tell you why a Looney Tunes style Pokemon short exists now, it just does. While Scraggy and Mimikyu are not the first pair I would have chosen, they work rather well as a Road Runner / Wile E. Coyote comedy pair. While I wouldn't call this a revolutionary breakthrough in the history of animation, if you are a Pokemon fan, you will enjoy this. It's only 4 minutes long and available on YouTube, so what do you have to lose? The only real downside I see with the cartoon is the story. As in there isn't really one. But the story was never one ofthe greatest appeals of the Looney Tunes cartoons either, so if you don't like the slapstick comedy of the Looney Tunes, this probably will not be for you.
