Not as good as Season 1: The first few episodes were pretty neat, as they finished the story arc of season 1. Following that, the the story is mostly underwater, which I had absolutely no interest in. I don't care about some dumb fish. During the whole season, MC gets tons of power-ups that aren't really well explained at all. It's also impossible to tell how strong everyone is supposed to be. In season 1, it was pretty important which rank of cultivation people are; in this one, you have a gold-venerated holy immortal emperor king dragon master and he still loses to MC who's like 10 ranksbelow.

A big plus for me was another bro being added to our crew. I really like that character so far. MC got a new look, which I prefer over the previous one.
Even though the battles were less meaningful than in S1, I still enjoyed some of the action that wasn't underwater.
