Two seasons in and all we have are mutual pining and a gambling scene. The story so far has just been a repeating cycle of having a problem, then she solves it, the ML trying to get closer, her feeling like she is deceiving him, and the cycle just keeps going (rinse and repeat). There has been very little progress, and the story is straying farther and farther away from the original premise with a very predictable plot and ending. It's a frustrating story that gives zero satisfaction. The premise was really good and appealing, the build up kinda lazy and repeating, the characters are veryinteresting (except for the fl and her selfless person), the art is very beautiful and easy on the eyes, the setting is kind of a mix of fictive and historically accurate
