i really enjoyed this manga for a multitude of reasons 1. the art, while clearly inspired by junji ito, is amazing and adds to the scary elements of the story 2. the mix of horror, comedy and very slight romance is nice and while it is scary the light-heartedness counters it perfectly 3. the story, while usually i like it when stories have consequences e.g someone gets possessed one chapter and is therefore possessed in the next, this manga only does this during arcs and i think it adds to the manga as a whole, while usually (in my opinion) doing that takes away from the story andfinally 4. the characters, the main character is likeable, but not it the stereotypical sense. he's a very normal person, who kinda lacks some emotion but still does the right thing. And don't get me started on the main girl, she, while barely if ever speaking, is one of my favourite manga girls ever and is big epic sauce. the side characters are pretty cool as well and are well rounded, the dark idol being my favourite :)
