Tokubestu Bangai-hen is just a standard chapter of To LOVE-Ru compressed to 8 pages. Nothing more, nothing less. What's impressive about the one-shot, though, is that the lewdness present in its mere 8 pages surpasses that of most other ecchi series I have seen, which is honestly quite a feat to achieve. Kentarou Yabuki's art is easily the best part of the manga. As always, it's very beautiful, stunning, and "delicious", if you get what I mean. Overall, this one-shot is nothing to write home about, mainly because of its short length. So there's particularly no reason to read it either, unless you just love To LOVE-Rutoo much like me, or you are extremely horny but don't have anything else to jerk off to for some reason.
