Just wrapped this up and honestly it was peak, way better than I went in expecting. Those last few episodes had me locked in completely. I wished so badly by the end he’d said "I love you" to Himawari or at the very least end up together even if it’s not the casual romance and that would be peak ending. It’s not the usual kind of romance, and while that worked for the story, I still found myself wishing so badly they’d make it official by episode 12. Because of that, the ending hit more like a 7/10 instead of perfect romance closure. But overall absolutecinema. Gave me so much joy and happiness while watching, I can’t even explain it. Easy 10/10 for the whole experience.
