The art, especially of the women is straight amazing at times. This manga seems like it going somewhere but then it ends suddenly and poorly. My guess it is cancelled and the ending rushed. The biggest thing is that there was enough interesting things going all that the ending is just super disappointing and most of the important characters get shafted. If this had a proper ending it would have been at least a 7/10. The story becomes jumbled confusing and poorly paced but it feels like there was good story that never was fully realized. Best to just not read it as will get your hopesup and then crush them.
