Mod Note: This review was initially posted for the one-shot, Konjiki no Gash Bell!! Gaiden, and was subsequently merged into Doubutsu no Kuni. Hahaha I may be overrating this gaiden but it truly is a must-read for Konjiki no Gash/Gash Bell/Zatch Bell lovers. It covers a bit of Gash's life after becoming the Demon/Mamodon King. It's funny, heartwarming and undoubtedly awesome. It also shows how Gash still has strong feelings for ex-partner Kiyomaro. If you loved zatchbell as much as I did then you'll love the reappearance of of past characters, like Tio, koruru, and my personal favorite... the great Umagon.
