Of the current 3 reviews for this anime, 2 are for the English dub which is not very good and deserves the poor ratings. The 1 other review is for the original Japanese release, and is fully accurate. If you want to watch this anime and enjoy it watch the Japanese version, but at the moment all but 91/96 episodes have no subtitles, so you need to know Japanese to understand it. The dub ruins the entire story and turns it into a episodic series like Astro boy, but as this is not the intended form it is quite poor and leaves you confused at manypoints as sections are constantly skipped.

overall, the dub is a 4/10, and the raws I would put at a solid 8/10.

If you want to watch this, learn Japanese or wait until someone subtitles it.
