this manga is blatant trans wish fulfillment but in the funniest way imaginable. no attempts to hide it at all. like you can do your magic gender change in a lot of ways, but i don't think i could have ever expected "MC gets an entire alien spaceship to the face and his completely decimated body is painstakingly remade. also uh we went ahead and made him a girl instead for everybody's sake." and of course MC is totally unphased by this. also a very special shoutout to the girl literally Too Gay to See Men. absolutely incredible anyway the manga itself is fiiiine. it's kindabogged down by really dated tropes and it's not like you can expect anything serious to come out of that setup. but it manages to be fun overall thanks to the relationship dynamics and by just how good of a time the MC is having with the whole thing lol

after finishing it i just had to look up the mangaka and oh man. i really hope she figured it out eventually
