I'm giving this an 8 because if you take it as it is and don't compare it to anything else, it's just a short, simple, and sweet story of how a pair gets together. There was no fuss, no rivals, and no overly-extended drama, which is exactly what I was looking for and needed when I stumbled across this manga. Breakdown: 6 for story because it's very plain and straightforward, and nothing really mind-blowingly new. 7 for art because it's fine. Not terrible, not strikingly beautiful. 8 for characters because I like them well enough. Female MC is caring and...actually, male MC is caring, too, in his owndual behavior way.

8 for enjoyment (more like 8.5). I'm just personally very grateful this piece exists, because I needed a story without a super dense MC, rival that likes one of the MCs, and beating around the bush to reveal an identity.
