Lupin the Third: Jigen's Gravestone · review
I was emotionally compiled to watch this because Jigen is one of my favorite characters ever! There was a lot more emotional response from myself and the characters than I expected to happen. It was really dark and serious, but everyone stayed in character. Lupin was silly and cunning! Jigen was serious with a cold exterior and warm interior. Zenigata and Goemon weren't in it and there's no character development woman, but a woman does play a key role in the story. Fujiko is her usual self. What I really like about this is that the bad guys were strategic and characteristic, and not powerhungry because they already had the power until the gang came along.
I can suggest this to people familiar with Lupin, but I don't know if I can suggest this to new anime fans because it's very contextual around the characters involved, and not all the characters are included.
