Review of Danganronpa 3: The End of Hope's Peak High School - Future Arc

(Minor Spoilers) After the original "Danganronpa animation" I immediately started watching Danganronpa 3. The series itself can only really be described as average because as an average viewer I went from the ending of Danganronpa the animation to the beginning of Danganronpa 3, which has the same characters but introduces a group of all these other characters and places everything in a new setting. If you are a normal viewer, this would be beyond confusing. Despite my confusion about the new characters and setting, I thoroughly enjoyed the new aspects centred around the killing game. I disliked many of the new characters, they were hostile and theones I liked were killed before I got to know them. I found the opening to have a really appealing style that is unique from the games however, I find danganronpa the animation's opening is more exciting and captures the style of the games flawlessly. It took a bit of time getting used to the new animation style from the original animation to the future arc. However, the character design is extremely boring and grey. Especially when compared to the character designs of the game. The story did not portray themes or deeper meaning, I still find it unique and stands out from other anime.
