Review of Blood Blockade Battlefront

With the outstanding music and beautiful art-style, this series had caught my attention right from the get-go. As I kept watching each episode I found myself growing more confused about the story line, it felt like all the important details to put the puzzle together were missing or were explained in the shortest way possible that left with more questions than answers. I liked the variety between characters, but the development of each one is not so evident. We learned a little about each character (mostly Klaus, Zapp, and Leo) but as for the other characters there isn't much to base on. I love theirdesigns and personalities, but the series ended with me wanting to discover more than what was given.
The arc with both Mary and William was mentioned briefly through several episodes which gave us a confusing introduction to the 2, I expected to get more of a back story with less confusing progressions. Overall, I was confused about the two and wished for a better clarity.
Overall the art and music is good, and even though the story line proves to be confusing, I still enjoyed it.
