One Piece 2000 was most likely in production before many of the anime's early episodes. This film was created using the traditional animation process of cels and paint. This movie had a bland story which probably won't be valued by viewers outside of the One Piece fandom. The art was...appropriate. I don't feel like anything was missing. This film had some of my favorite music pieces. The sounds were fine. The characters were themselves and most of the enjoyment came from this paired with the great music. This half-feature is best suited for One Piece anime viewers and people who want anime under their belts.
