Review of Sword Art Online
Actual tally: 5.5 (Personal Enjoyment not counted with the computation.) The first half was pretty decent and tolerable aside from the main character being overpowered and harem-magnet (even if he is only interested with one, the rest of the girls surrounding him clearly has the hots for him, so HAREM). Then the second half happened. Not only were the stakes removed, not only was the badass female partner became damsel-in-distress (okay, that could be justified), not only there was a rather questionable addition to the ever-growing harem but there also was the inclusion of a one-note maniac and the rather disappointing revelation regarding the maker ofthe said game. Also, where did the mc get those hacking powers and revival ability? I wasn't that invested with the first half to begin with; the second half just downright killed my interest towards the sequel.
