Review of Sword Art Online

What can I say about Sword Art Online (or SAO for short). It is probably one of the best anime i have ever watched, especially the first half of the series. It had me emotionally captivated from the first episode and I couldn't wait for the next episode to come out. The characters were interesting and showed the interactions that I can genuinely see people having in a VRMMORPG, especially when you are trapped inside and it becomes your life. The biggest problem was that I was not a huge fan of the second half of the series. It wasstill good, but for me it failed to capture the interaction of the characters and emotions that the first half gave me. Also, I really would have liked to see more interaction with some of the characters and see the secondary characters develop more, but with the anime being shorter and for it being in a VRMOORPG (which would have a ridiculous amount of people in it), I totally understand why they focused on Klein and Asuna. Overall it is a great anime and I highly recommend watching it.
